1. When the elevator is being repaired or regularly overhauled, the main power supply must be disconnected. No passengers or loads are allowed in the elevator car. At the same time, at the door of the floor, the control box in the car, the control cabinet of the machine room, etc., the contents of "inspection and deactivation", "no closing", "repairing, not open" and so on For the warning sign, there should be a unified command by a special person during the test run. According to the instructions issued by the commander, the warning sign can be removed or the elevator can be started.

2. When the elevator is inspected, tested, repaired and cleaned, the power switch of the machine room should be turned off to ensure safety.

3. When the elevator is inspected and maintained, a safe voltage below 36V must be used. To this end, the elevator machine room, the pit of the hoistway, the car roof or the car bottom should be equipped with low-voltage power sockets for maintenance.

4. The metal shell of all electrical equipment of the elevator should have a good ground:

(1) Electrical equipment, cabinets, screens, boxes, boxes, and troughs should be equipped with easy-to-identify grounding terminals.

(2) According to the color of the ground wire, it is yellow-green double-colored insulated wire.

(3) The neutral wire and the ground wire should always be separated. (Except for elevator electrical systems controlled by relays).
